Sukta 4.41
इन्द्रा को वां वरुणा सुम्नमाप स्तोमो हविष्माँ अमृतो न होता । यो वां हृदि क्रतुमाँ अस्मदुक्तः पस्पर्शदिन्द्रावरुणा नमस्वान् ॥
índrā́ kó vāṃ varuṇā́ sumnám āpa stómo havíṣmāṃ amṛ́to ná hótā | yó vāṃ hṛdí krátumān asmád uktaḥ pásparśad indrāvaruṇā́ námasvān ||
Wahai Indra dan Varuṇa, puji-persembahan apakah yang telah mencapai anugerah-Mu—laksana hotṛ yang abadi, pembawa havis? Ucapan kami, berketetapan (kratu) di dalam hati, telah menyentuh-Mu—wahai Indra-Varuṇa—dengan tunduk penuh namas.
