Sukta 1.73
तं त्वा नरो दम आ नित्यमिद्धमग्ने सचन्त क्षितिषु ध्रुवासु । अधि द्युम्नं नि दधुर्भूर्यस्मिन्भवा विश्वायुर्धरुणो रयीणाम् ॥
táṃ tvā nárō dáma ā́ nítyam iddhám agne sácanta kṣitíṣu dhruvā́su | ádhi dyumnáṃ ní dadhur bhū́ry asmín bhávā viśvā́yur dharuṇó rayīṇā́m ||
Wahai Agni, engkau—yang selalu dinyalakan—didekati manusia di rumah; di tempat-tempat tinggal yang teguh mereka menyertaimu. Pada-Mu mereka menaruh kemilau daya yang berlimpah. Jadilah bagi kami penopang segala-hidup, sandaran teguh bagi kelimpahan rezeki.
