Sukta 1.35
वि जनाञ्छ्यावाः शितिपादो अख्यन्रथं हिरण्यप्रउगं वहन्तः । शश्वद्विशः सवितुर्दैव्यस्योपस्थे विश्वा भुवनानि तस्थुः ॥
ví jánāñ chyāvā́ḥ śitipā́do akhyan ráthaṁ híraṇyapraugaṁ váhantaḥ | śáśvad víśaḥ savitúr daívyasyópasthe víśvā bhúvanāni tasthuḥ ||
Yang gelap, berkaki cemerlang, memandang bangsa-bangsa, sambil mengusung kereta yang berhaluan emas. Senantiasa kaum-kaum berdiri di pangkuan Savitṛ yang ilahi; segenap alam semesta mengambil tempatnya—dalam pelukan penopang-Nya, gerak kehidupan menemukan tatanannya.
