Sukta 2
उ॒भावन्तौ॒ सम॑र्षसि व॒त्सः सं॑मा॒तरा॑विव । न॒न्वे॒३तदि॒तः पु॒रा ब्रह्म॑ दे॒वा अ॒मी वि॑दुः
ubhā́vantau sám arṣasi vatsáḥ sámmā́tarāv iva | nánv etád itáḥ purā́ bráhma devā́ amī́ viduḥ ||
To both the helping ones thou runnest together, like a calf unto its two mothers. Surely this sacred lore from hence of old those very Gods have known.
Kepada kedua penolong itu engkau berlari bersama, seperti anak lembu kepada dua induknya. Sungguh, pengetahuan suci ini sejak dahulu kala telah diketahui oleh para dewa itu sendiri.
