भरतस्य मातृसदनगमनं कैकेय्या दारुणवृत्तान्तकथनं च

एवमुक्ता तु कैकेयी भरतेन महात्मना।उवाच वचनं हृष्टा मूढा पण्डितमानिनी।।2.72.47।।
evam uktā tu kaikeyī bharatena mahātmanā | uvāca vacanaṁ hṛṣṭā mūḍhā paṇḍitamāninī || 2.72.47 ||
મહાત્મા ભરતે એમ કહ્યા પછી, હર્ષિત છતાં મૂઢ અને પોતાને પંડિત માનનારી કૈકેયીએ આ વચનો ઉચ્ચાર્યા.
