द्रोणस्तु शरवर्षेण च्छाद्यमानो महारथ: । वेग॑ चक्रे महावेग: क्रोधादुद्वृत्य चक्षुषी
droṇas tu śaravarṣeṇa cchādyamāno mahārathaḥ | vegaṃ cakre mahāvegaḥ krodhād udvṛtya cakṣuṣī ||
Sañjaya dit : Bien qu’enseveli sous une pluie de flèches, Droṇa —le grand guerrier de char— se ressaisit et déchaîna une vitesse plus grande encore ; dans la colère, les yeux écarquillés, il manifesta un sursaut de puissance farouche.
