Sukta 8.19
प्रशंसमानो अतिथिर्न मित्रियोऽग्नी रथो न वेद्यः । त्वे क्षेमासो अपि सन्ति साधवस्त्वं राजा रयीणाम् ॥
praśáṃsamāno átithir ná mitriyó’gnī rátho ná védyaḥ | tvé kṣémāso ápi santi sā́dhavas tváṃ rājā rayīṇā́m ||
Cuando se le alaba, Agni es como un huésped bienvenido, como un amigo; como un carro se le conoce, portador de nuestro avance. En ti están las seguridades firmes y los cumplimientos rectos; tú eres el rey del rayí, nuestra plenitud del ser.
