With Soma filled thou holdest the jar: Tvaṣṭṛ, begetter of forms, begetter of cattle. Auspicious be thy generative powers here—both these that are present; and, O well-edged (Svadhiti), grant us those that are yonder.
Rishi: Atharvanic tradition (anukramaṇī attribution for 9.4 to be verified).
Devata: Tvaṣṭṛ (primary), with Soma/kalasha as ritual locus
Chandas: Triṣṭubh-like (requires metrical verification).
Primary: shringara
Secondary: shanta
