दासं दासीं वा निष्क्रीय पुनर्विक्रयाधानं नयतो द्वादशपणो दण्डः अन्यत्र स्वयं वादिभ्यः । इति दासकल्पः ॥ कZ_०३.१३.२५ ॥
dāsaṃ dāsīṃ vā niṣkrīya punarvikrayādhānaṃ nayato dvādaśapaṇo daṇḍaḥ anyatra svayaṃ vādibhyaḥ | iti dāsakalpaḥ |
Quien, después de rescatar (niṣkrīya) a un esclavo o a una esclava, los lleve de nuevo para revenderlos o para empeñarlos/reempeñarlos, será multado con doce paṇas, salvo cuando los propios litigantes presenten el asunto como demanda privada. Así termina la sección sobre las normas relativas a los esclavos.
