Transliteration

dhruvaṃ ca niścalaṃ śāṃtaṃ parītaṃ vi jayaśriyā | kāryārthaṃ raktakusumai raktacaṃdanavāribhiḥ

Translation

Dann, standhaft, unbeweglich und friedvoll—umgeben vom Glanz des Sieges—soll man Ihn zur Erfüllung des Anliegens verehren, mit roten Blumen und mit Wasser, das nach rotem Sandel duftet.
