Devas (naming and sanctifying proclamation)
Tirtha: Prabhāsa (Prabhāse) and Prabhāsa-liṅga
Type: kshetra
Scene: The gods indicate the spot: ‘Here is the first liṅga established by us’; the name ‘Prabhāsa’ appears as radiant script in the air, while the landscape glows with a dawn-like luminosity.
A tīrtha becomes enduring through pratiṣṭhā (sacred establishment) and nāma (holy naming), anchoring devotion in sacred geography.
Prabhāsa Kṣetra, and specifically the Prabhāsa-liṅga established there.
Pratiṣṭhā (installation/establishment) is referenced as the sanctifying act; ongoing worship is implied.
