Sanatkumara (teaching Narada)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It sanctifies the start of the day by aligning one’s actions with cosmic order—honoring the directions and their presiding powers before beginning prescribed duties.
It expresses bhakti through disciplined reverence (namaskāra with añjali) and obedience to sacred injunctions, making daily actions a form of worship.
Kalpa (ritual procedure) is implied through “vidhānataḥ,” emphasizing that morning rites and subsequent acts should follow proper injunction and method.
