śrutakalpaprasaṅgena dharmānvāyurathābravīt | yatra tadvāyavīyaṃ syādrudramāhātmyasaṃyutam

Translation

Nhân mạch chuyện về Śruta Kalpa, thần Vāyu bấy giờ giảng dạy các nguyên lý của dharma. Bản kinh nơi điều ấy được ghi, kết hợp với sự tôn vinh Rudra, được gọi là Purāṇa Vāyavīya.
