महादेवेति तैरुक्तं यन्मनोरथपूरणात । वाराणस्यां महादेवस्तदारभ्याभवच्च यत्
mahādeveti tairuktaṃ yanmanorathapūraṇāta | vārāṇasyāṃ mahādevastadārabhyābhavacca yat
Vì đã viên mãn những ước nguyện của họ, họ gọi Ngài là “Mahādeva”. Và từ đó về sau, tại Vārāṇasī, Ngài được an lập và tôn xưng là Mahādeva.
