gaccha svamālayaṃ bhadre smarttavyā'haṃ tvayā'naghe | yamunāpi tathā caivaṃ gāyatrī sumanoramā
Sarasvatī (instructing remembrance of sacred river-deities and Gāyatrī)
Tirtha: Gaṅgā–Yamunā–Gāyatrī smaraṇa (portable tīrtha)
Type: kshetra
Scene: Gaṅgā instructs the lady to return home and remember: Gaṅgā, Yamunā, and the radiant Gāyatrī. The imagery can show three presences—two river goddesses and a luminous mantra-deity—forming a protective triad.
Smaraṇa (devout remembrance) sustains spiritual connection to tīrthas and deities even when one returns home.
The instruction occurs within Prabhāsa-kṣetra māhātmya, while also honoring the broader sacred geography of Yamunā and the Gāyatrī tradition.
A devotional practice is implied: remembrance of Sarasvatī and associated sacred powers (including Gāyatrī).
