तस्माद्गर्वो नैव कार्यो गर्वस्यैतत्फलं स्मृतम् । शृणुष्वानुग्रहं बाले श्रुत्वा चैवावधारय
tasmādgarvo naiva kāryo garvasyaitatphalaṃ smṛtam | śṛṇuṣvānugrahaṃ bāle śrutvā caivāvadhāraya
“پس غرور ہرگز نہ کرنا چاہیے—یہی غرور کا پھل یاد رکھا گیا ہے۔ اب اے بچی، جو انُگرہ میں دیتا ہوں اسے سن؛ سن کر اسے دل میں پختہ بٹھا لے۔”
