اسی کے ذریعے زمین پر اٹھارہ پران وجود میں آئے؛ اور مبارک لَینگ (لِنگ پران) دوآپَر یگ میں گیارہ صورتوں میں بہت پھیل کر منقسم ہو گیا۔
