गंगोवाच । अपि दौर्भाग्ययुक्ताऽहं भार्या जाताऽस्मि शूलिनः । तस्मादेकं दिनं देहि क्रीडनार्थमनेन तु
gaṃgovāca | api daurbhāgyayuktā'haṃ bhāryā jātā'smi śūlinaḥ | tasmādekaṃ dinaṃ dehi krīḍanārthamanena tu
گنگا نے کہا: اگرچہ میں بدبختی سے نشان زدہ ہوں، پھر بھی میں شُول دھاری پروردگار کی بیوی بنی ہوں۔ اس لیے مجھے بس ایک دن عطا کر، تاکہ میں اُس کے ساتھ کِھیل سکوں۔
