मधूक तव पुष्पेण दयितायाः समौ शुभौ । कपोलौ पांडुरच्छायौ दृष्ट्वा त्वां स्मृतिमागतौ
madhūka tava puṣpeṇa dayitāyāḥ samau śubhau | kapolau pāṃḍuracchāyau dṛṣṭvā tvāṃ smṛtimāgatau
اے مدھوکا کے درخت! تیرے پھول سے میری محبوبہ کے دو مبارک رخسار—سفید سی چھایا والے اور دلکش—یاد آ گئے؛ تجھے دیکھ کر وہ یاد پھر لوٹ آئی۔
