karmāṇi nityajātāni nityanaimittikāni ca | icchayā naiva sevyāni duḥkhatāpavivṛddhaye

روزمرّہ کے فرائض اور نِتیہ-نَیمِتِک رسومات کو محض اپنی خواہش کے تابع ہو کر نہ اپناؤ؛ کیونکہ اس سے دکھ اور باطنی تپش ہی بڑھتی ہے۔
