यस्मात्पाप त्वया पत्नी ममैवं शरपीडिता । अनभिज्ञा तथा साध्वी पतिधर्मपरायणा । कुष्ठव्याधिसमायुक्तस्तस्माद्विप्रियदर्शनः
yasmātpāpa tvayā patnī mamaivaṃ śarapīḍitā | anabhijñā tathā sādhvī patidharmaparāyaṇā | kuṣṭhavyādhisamāyuktastasmādvipriyadarśanaḥ
اس نے کہا: “اے گناہگار! تیری وجہ سے میری بیوی تیرے تیروں سے یوں ستائی گئی—حالانکہ وہ بے خبر، پاک دامن اور شوہر کے دھرم کی پابند ہے—اس لیے تو کوڑھ میں مبتلا ہوگا اور دیکھنے میں ناگوار ٹھہرے گا۔”
