Śiva (Śrī Bhagavān)
Tirtha: Kedāra
Type: kshetra
Listener: Śakra (Indra)
Scene: Śiva speaks a boon to Indra: a calm, authoritative blessing gesture; Indra listens with folded hands; a halo-like radiance begins to emanate around Indra, while shadowy Dānava forms recede in the background.
Devotion expressed through disciplined tīrtha-worship yields both inner splendor (tejas) and outer protection—dharma safeguards the devotee.
Kedāra and its associated Śaiva tīrtha practice, as the context of the promised fruit.
Implicitly, the previously stated commitment to daily worship and tīrtha-water observance; the verse states the resulting spiritual fruit (phala).
