Brahmā
Scene: Brahmā speaks authoritatively to the blue-lotus-radiant Devī, declaring her fulfillment and identifying her as an ancient single portion made manifest again through contact with the mountain-born body.
Divine manifestations are purposeful: Devī’s forms arise as precise responses to cosmic needs, not random events.
