यदा प्रभृति सा गौरी निर्गता मम सद्मतः । मन्ये मेने तदारभ्य पद्मसद्मा विनिर्ययौ
yadā prabhṛti sā gaurī nirgatā mama sadmataḥ | manye mene tadārabhya padmasadmā viniryayau
جس لمحے سے گوری میرے گھر سے نکل گئی، میں تب ہی سے یہی سمجھتا ہوں کہ میرے دل و مسرت کا کنول-آشیانہ بھی اس کی جدائی سے خالی ہو کر خود ہی رخصت ہو گیا۔
