niḥsapatnaṃ kṛtaṃ rājyaṃ bhuktvā bhogānniraṃtaram | hṛṣīkārthāḥ kṛtārthāśca vidhṛtā ādhṛtiḥ priye
“اے پیاری، میں نے سلطنت کو بےحریف کر دیا، اور لگاتار لذتیں بھوگیں؛ حواس سیر ہو گئے اور دل کی آسودگی قائم رہی۔”
Mālyaketu (the king)
Tirtha: Kāśī
Type: kshetra
Listener: Naimiṣāraṇya sages
Scene: The king, serene, sets aside sword and crown; behind him symbols of prosperity; before him a travel bundle or map toward Kāśī; Kalāvatī listens with steady affection.
After legitimate worldly fulfillment, one may turn toward higher aims—pilgrimage and liberation-oriented living.
Indirectly Kāśī, as the narrative frames a move from royal life toward the liberating city.
No direct prescription; it sets the psychological ground for renunciation and sacred travel.
