चिंतयामास मनसा किमिदं हर्षितो हरिः । अतिहर्षं च तं दृष्ट्वा यमराजस्वरूपिणम् । आश्चर्यमनसं चैव नारदः पृष्टवांस्तदा
ciṃtayāmāsa manasā kimidaṃ harṣito hariḥ | atiharṣaṃ ca taṃ dṛṣṭvā yamarājasvarūpiṇam | āścaryamanasaṃ caiva nāradaḥ pṛṣṭavāṃstadā
نارد نے دل میں سوچا: “ہری کیسے خوش ہیں؟” اور یمراج کی صورت رکھنے والے اُس کو غیر معمولی مسرت سے لبریز دیکھ کر، حیرت زدہ دل کے ساتھ نارد نے اسی وقت اُس سے سوال کیا۔
