Transliteration

umārudrāṅgasambhūtā yena caiṣā mahānadī | lokānprāpayate svargaṃ tena puṇyatvamāgatā

Translation

چونکہ یہ عظیم ندی اُما اور رُدر کے جسم سے پیدا ہوئی، اور چونکہ یہ جانداروں کو سُورگ تک پہنچاتی ہے، اسی سبب وہ اعلیٰ ترین پُنّیہ اور پاکیزگی کے مرتبے کو پہنچی۔
