युद्धे अङ्गद-मैन्द-द्विविद-राक्षसयुद्धम्; कुम्भस्य प्रादुर्भावः तथा सुग्रीवेण पराभवः

निर्भिद्यमानस्सहसासहमानश्चतान् शरान् ।।।।कुम्भस्यधनुराक्षिप्यबभञ्जेन्द्रधनुष्प्रभम् ।
nirbhidyamānaḥ sahasā sahamānaś ca tān śarān | kumbhasya dhanur ākṣipya babhañjendra-dhanuṣprabham ||
تیروں سے چھلنی ہوتے ہوئے بھی اور اُن کی چوٹ سہتے ہوئے بھی، اُس نے یکایک کُمبھ کا کمان—جو اندر دھنش کی مانند چمکتا تھا—چھین کر توڑ ڈالا۔
He snatched the bow of Kumbha forcibly which was like Indra's rainbow, pulled it and broke, while tolerating the pain of the arrows.
