पथि प्रगच्छतां तेषां भयाद्विप्र न खादितुम् । प्राप्तं किंचित्क्षुधार्त्तास्ते गताश्चान्य स्थलं प्रति

راستے میں چلتے ہوئے، اے برہمن، خوف کے سبب انہوں نے کھانا نہ کھایا۔ بھوک سے بے قرار ہو کر بھی تھوڑا سا ہی ملا، پھر وہ دوسری جگہ کی طرف روانہ ہو گئے۔
