ऊरुयुग्मे तथा जानुद्वये जंघाद्वये तथा । पादयुग्मे तथा वर्णान्मंत्रजान्दश विन्यसेत् ॥ १३४ ॥
ūruyugme tathā jānudvaye jaṃghādvaye tathā | pādayugme tathā varṇānmaṃtrajāndaśa vinyaset || 134 ||
اسی طرح رانوں کے جوڑے پر، دونوں گھٹنوں پر، دونوں پنڈلیوں پر اور دونوں پاؤں پر، منتر سے پیدا ہونے والے دس حروف کو ترتیب سے رکھ کر نیاس کرے۔
