ये तु बाल्यात् प्रभृत्येव विना पित्रा कुटुम्बिनः ।

ते सुखास्वादविभ्रंशान् मन्ये धात्रैव वञ्चिताः ॥

ye tu bālyāt prabhṛty eva vinā pitrā kuṭumbinaḥ |

te sukhāsvādavibhraṃśān manye dhātraiva vañcitāḥ ||

لیکن وہ گھر گرہست جو بچپن ہی سے باپ کے بغیر جیتے ہیں، میں انہیں خود خالقِ تقدیر کی طرف سے محروم سمجھتا ہوں؛ کیونکہ وہ خوشی کے ذائقے ہی سے محروم رہ جاتے ہیں۔
