Glory of Prayaga and the Magha Bath at Triveni
अमृतं कथ्यते भद्रे सा वेणी भुवि संगता । यस्यां माघे मुहूर्तं तु देवानामपि दुर्लभम् ॥ ६ ॥
amṛtaṃ kathyate bhadre sā veṇī bhuvi saṃgatā | yasyāṃ māghe muhūrtaṃ tu devānāmapi durlabham || 6 ||
O marangal na ginang, ang pagsasanib na iyon sa lupa—na tinatawag na Veṇī—ay sinasabing siya mismong “amṛta,” ang nektar. Sapagkat sa buwan ng Māgha, kahit isang mapalad na sandaling muhurta roon ay mahirap makamtan, maging ng mga diyos.
