ऊर्ध्वबाहुस्तथा जातो मर्त्यलोके जनोऽधुना । बहुत्वान्न प्रमाति स्म कथंचिद्धि ममोपरि

บัดนี้ในโลกมนุษย์ ผู้คนย่อมเกิดมาพร้อมยกแขนขึ้นสูงจริงอยู่; แต่เพราะมีมากเหลือคณา เขาจึงมิได้เหลียวแลข้าพเจ้าเลย—แทบไม่มีผู้ใดใส่ใจความทุกข์ของข้าพเจ้า
