Transliteration

kalmāṣapāda ityuktastataḥprabhṛti sa kṣitau | bhūpālo dvijaśārdūlā nā्mnā tena viśeṣataḥ

Translation

นับแต่นั้นมา บนแผ่นดินนี้ พระราชาพระองค์นั้นถูกเรียกว่า “กัลมาษปาทะ” คือ ‘ผู้มีเท้าดำ’ โอ้เหล่าทวิชะผู้ดุจพยัคฆ์ และทรงเป็นที่จำแนกเด่นด้วยนามนั้นเอง
