เพราะฉะนั้น โอภานุ (พระอาทิตย์) จงเชื่อฟังวาจาของเรา ในวันขึ้น ๑๔ ค่ำ เดือนมธุ (ไจตร) ลึงคะที่เราสถาปนาไว้ ณ ที่นั้น พึงได้รับการบูชาด้วยความรู้แจ้งในตัตตวะและหลักธรรมอันถูกต้อง
