vedādhyayanayuktānāṃ nirdoṣāṇāṃ ca pārthiva | vibhajya sa bhaveddeyo naikasya ca kathaṃcana

ข้าแต่พระราชา ทานพึงมอบแก่ผู้ประกอบการศึกษาพระเวทและปราศจากมลทินเท่านั้น; ควรแบ่งแจกแก่คนจำนวนมาก—ไม่พึงให้แก่คนผู้เดียวไม่ว่าในกรณีใด
