praśaṃsaṃti vidhiṃ samyakprāpte vā ceṃdusaṃkṣaye | brāhmaṇānāṃ sudāṃtānāmanuṣṭhānavatāṃ satām

เมื่อถึงคราวจันทร์แรมหรือยามจันทรคราส พิธีกรรมที่ถูกต้องย่อมได้รับการสรรเสริญเป็นพิเศษ—เมื่อประกอบร่วมกับพราหมณ์ผู้สำรวม มีศีลธรรม และมั่นคงในอนุษฐานอันศักดิ์สิทธิ์
