dhṛtā na kāryā sā patnī yatkaroti na varddhate | tayā saha kṛtaṃ puṇyaṃ varddhate daśadhottaram

ไม่ควรรับภรรยาเช่นนั้น เพราะสิ่งที่นางทำย่อมไม่เจริญงอกงาม แต่บุญกุศลที่ทำร่วมกับภรรยาที่ดีย่อมเพิ่มพูนขึ้นเป็นสิบเท่า
