यदि त्वं ब्रह्मणा प्रोक्तो ब्रह्मर्षिः स्वयमेव तु । कामान्नायं वसिष्ठस्तु तस्मात्कोपं परित्यज

yadi tvaṃ brahmaṇā prokto brahmarṣiḥ svayameva tu | kāmānnāyaṃ vasiṣṭhastu tasmātkopaṃ parityaja

“หากพรหมาเองทรงประกาศให้ท่านเป็นพรหมฤๅษีจริง ก็อย่าถูกตัณหาความใคร่ครอบงำ วสิษฐะผู้นี้มิใช่ผู้ควรถูกต่อต้าน ดังนั้นจงละความโกรธเสีย”
