ในวันตฤติยาตามปักษ์สว่างแห่งเดือนไวศาขะ เมื่อฤกษ์โรหิณีเด่นชัด มหาตมะผู้นั้นได้สถาปนา “บาท” อันศักดิ์สิทธิ์ของวาสตุไว้ ณ ที่นั้น
