दशम्यवस्था सन्नह्येद्बाधितुं माधुना भृशम् । इति तस्या गिरः श्रुत्वा दूनाया नितरां च ताः
daśamyavasthā sannahyedbādhituṃ mādhunā bhṛśam | iti tasyā giraḥ śrutvā dūnāyā nitarāṃ ca tāḥ
“จงเตรียมสภาพแห่งวันที่สิบไว้ เพื่อขจัดความทุกข์นี้อย่างแรงด้วยน้ำผึ้ง” ครั้นได้ยินถ้อยคำของนาง เหล่าสหายผู้ระทมยิ่งก็ยิ่งเศร้าสลดหนักขึ้น
