न तच्छ्रेयोऽग्निहोत्रेण नाग्निष्टोमेन लभ्यते । प्राप्नुवन्ति च यच्छ्रेयो मानवा लिङ्गपूजने

na tacchreyo'gnihotreṇa nāgniṣṭomena labhyate | prāpnuvanti ca yacchreyo mānavā liṅgapūjane

ความเกษมสูงสุดนั้นมิได้บรรลุด้วยอัคนิโหตระ และมิได้บรรลุด้วยอัคนิษโฏมะ แต่ความเกษมที่มนุษย์ทั้งหลายได้บรรลุ—อันเป็นสวัสดิ์สูงสุดนั้น—ย่อมได้มาด้วยการบูชาลึงค์
