बटुरुवाच । यथान्ये बालकाः स्नाताः शुश्रूषन्ति ह्यहर्निशम् । तथाहं बटुभिः सार्धं शुश्रूषामि न संशयः
baṭuruvāca | yathānye bālakāḥ snātāḥ śuśrūṣanti hyaharniśam | tathāhaṃ baṭubhiḥ sārdhaṃ śuśrūṣāmi na saṃśayaḥ
ศิษย์กล่าวว่า “ดังที่ศิษย์หนุ่มอื่น ๆ ครั้นทำกิจวัตรประจำวันแล้ว ย่อมปรนนิบัติรับใช้ทั้งกลางวันและกลางคืน ฉันใด ข้าพเจ้าก็จักปรนนิบัติร่วมกับศิษย์อื่น ๆ ฉันนั้น โดยไม่สงสัย”
