विलक्षा व्रीडिता देवा गत्वा नारायणं तदा । अब्रुवन् वैश्वरूपं नो शक्ता दर्शयितुं वयम्
vilakṣā vrīḍitā devā gatvā nārāyaṇaṃ tadā | abruvan vaiśvarūpaṃ no śaktā darśayituṃ vayam
เหล่าเทพทั้งหลายงุนงงและละอาย แล้วไปเฝ้าพระนารายณ์และกราบทูลว่า “ข้าแต่พระผู้เป็นเจ้า พวกข้าพระองค์ไม่อาจแสดงพระวิศวรูป—รูปสากลแห่งจักรวาล—ได้”
