पूजास्थानशुद्धिः पात्रशोधनं च — Purification of the Worship-Space and Preparation of Ritual Vessels
कारणं सर्वलोकानां सर्वलोकमयं परम् । अंतर्बहिःस्थितं व्याप्य ह्यणोरणु महत्तरम् २
kāraṇaṃ sarvalokānāṃ sarvalokamayaṃ param | aṃtarbahiḥsthitaṃ vyāpya hyaṇoraṇu mahattaram 2
พระองค์ทรงเป็นเหตุสูงสุดแห่งสรรพโลก และเป็นสภาวะเหนือโลกที่แผ่ซ่านเป็นเนื้อเดียวกับทุกโลก ทรงสถิตทั้งภายในและภายนอก แผ่ครอบคลุมทุกสิ่ง—ละเอียดกว่าอะตอม และยิ่งใหญ่กว่าสิ่งที่ยิ่งใหญ่ที่สุด।

Shiva Form: Sadāśiva
Significance: A doctrinal dhyāna-statement used to deepen darśana: recognizing Śiva as both transcendent and all-pervading turns pilgrimage from mere travel into tattva-jñāna-oriented worship.
This verse declares Shiva as Pati—the supreme, all-pervading cause of the universe—immanent (within all beings) and transcendent (beyond all). Realizing Him as both subtler than the mind and greater than the cosmos supports liberation (moksha) through right knowledge and devotion.
Though Shiva is described as all-pervading and beyond measure, the Linga provides a sacred Saguna focus for meditation and worship. By worshipping the Linga, the devotee contemplates the same boundless Shiva who is simultaneously within and beyond all forms.
A practical takeaway is all-pervasive Shiva-bhavana: meditate on Shiva present within the breath, heart, and all directions while repeating the Panchakshara mantra (Om Namaḥ Śivāya), supporting inner purification and steady yogic absorption.
