Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Dakṣiṇāmūrti
Significance: Establishes bhakti as the privileged means of access: devotees receive direct ‘visibility’ (darśana) by grace, surpassing even deva-level cognition—encouraging humility and surrender at any shrine.
Type: stotra
Role: liberating
It teaches that Shiva, though transcendent and beyond sensory reach, freely grants direct experience (darshana) to devotees; bhakti becomes the decisive means of grace, surpassing status or power.
Though the Lord is ultimately beyond all grasp, the devotee approaches Him through accessible forms—such as Linga worship and other saguna supports—through which Shiva’s grace matures into direct realization.
Single-pointed bhakti supported by japa of the Panchakshara (Om Namah Shivaya) and regular Linga-puja is implied as the “effortless” path—where grace, not strain, culminates in Shiva’s vision.
