The Exposition of the Contents (Anukramaṇī) of the Bhaviṣya Purāṇa

यो वै जितेंद्रियो भूत्वा सोपवासः समाहितः । अथ वैकहविष्याशी कीर्तयेच्छृणुयादपि ॥ १७ ॥

yo vai jiteṃdriyo bhūtvā sopavāsaḥ samāhitaḥ | atha vaikahaviṣyāśī kīrtayecchṛṇuyādapi || 17 ||

ผู้ใดชนะอินทรีย์ทั้งหลาย ตั้งมั่นสงบพร้อมด้วยการถืออุโบสถ และดำรงด้วยอาหารหวิษยะเพียงอย่างเดียว ผู้นั้นพึงสรรเสริญสวด (กีรตนะ) และพึงสดับฟังด้วย (ศรวณะ)।
