Sukta 4.19
अवासृजन्त जिव्रयो न देवा भुवः सम्राळिन्द्र सत्ययोनिः । अहन्नहिं परिशयानमर्णः प्र वर्तनीररदो विश्वधेनाः ॥
ávāsṛjanta jívrayo ná devā́ bhúvaḥ samrā́ḷ indra satyá-yoníḥ | áhann áhiṁ pari-śáyānam árṇaḥ prá vartanī́r arado viśvá-dhenāḥ ||
ఉత్సాహవంతులైన వీరుల్లాగా దేవులు భువనాలను విడుదల చేసినట్లే, హే సత్య-యోని, విశ్వ-సమ్రాట్ ఇంద్రా, నీవు వరదను చుట్టుకొని ముడుచుకొని పడి ఉన్న అహిని హతమార్చావు. నీవు సర్వపోషక మార్గాలను తెరిచావు—జలధారలూ శక్తులూ విస్తృతంగా ప్రవహించుటకు.
