The Exposition of the Nityā-paṭala
शत्रोर्नक्षत्रवृक्षाग्नौ तत्समिद्धिस्तु होमतः । सर्षपाज्यप्लुताभिस्ते प्रणमंत्येव पादयोः ॥ १७२ ॥
śatrornakṣatravṛkṣāgnau tatsamiddhistu homataḥ | sarṣapājyaplutābhiste praṇamaṃtyeva pādayoḥ || 172 ||
శత్రువునకు సంబంధించిన నక్షత్రవృక్ష సమిధలతో ప్రజ్వలించిన అగ్నిలో, అదే సమిధతో హోమం చేయాలి. ఆహుతులను ఆవాలు మరియు నెయ్యితో తడిపి సమర్పించగా వారు (విరోధులు) నిజంగా పాదాల వద్ద నమస్కరిస్తారు.
