दास्यामि ते समस्तानि युद्धकाले विशेषतः । नास्य मिथ्या भवेद्वाक्यमिति मत्वा शचीपतिः । मुक्त्वास्त्राणि तदभ्याशे पुनः स्वर्गं गतस्तदा
dāsyāmi te samastāni yuddhakāle viśeṣataḥ | nāsya mithyā bhavedvākyamiti matvā śacīpatiḥ | muktvāstrāṇi tadabhyāśe punaḥ svargaṃ gatastadā
முனி கூறினார்—“இவை அனைத்தையும் உனக்குத் தருவேன்; குறிப்பாகப் போர்க்காலத்தில்.” இந்த வாக்கு பொய்யாகாது என நம்பிய சசீபதி இந்திரன், அந்த ஆயுதங்களை அவன் அருகே வைத்துவிட்டு மீண்டும் ஸ்வர்க்கத்திற்குச் சென்றான்.
